We will continue to do fun and interesting reading and math activities within our homerooms. • May 1, Around Town field trip, please return $2 and permission form • May 4, Derby Day. As we learn about the Kentucky Derby, we will conclude on Friday with our very own derby. Please continue to read with your child and practice fry words each night. As you are doing your spring cleaning, if you happen to find any readers or sets of fry words that your child is no longer using, please send those back to school. Thanks. Please continue to send a snack with your child each day. With warmer weather, students will be more active and be hungrier in the afternoons. We did not have snack break today because of the special treat at the end of our assembly. Wednesday will be Miss Megan and Miss Birdwell’s last day with us. They will be graduating from Murray State University next weekend. Congratulations to these two awesome future teachers.
