It’s that time of year again… It’s time to register for kindergarten for next year. If you have younger children, other family members, or neighbors, who will be 5 before October 1, please call Mrs. Julie at 328-4830 and make an appointment. Registration is April 16 from 8-12.

Field Trip…March 22. We will leave school at 9:00. We are going to Cheri Theatre in Murray to see The Lorax. This movie is rated PG for some mild name-calling. We will discuss this with the students before we watch the movie. Then, it is off the Mr. Gattis for pizza buffet. If you need help paying for this trip, please contact us no later than March 16. Payment is due by March 20. Parents will need to pay for their movie ticket and lunch separately, so please go ahead and send your child’s money to school. Any parents going on the trip will need to drive. We are not getting popcorn or drinks at the movie because it is between breakfast and lunch time.
GRADUATION…Don’t forget to mark your calendars for May 15 for Kindergarten graduation. We trust you saw the note that went home earlier this week about ordering caps and gowns. Payment is due NO LATER THAN MARCH 30. Thanks!
WELCOME…Our Newest Wildcats…Miss Megan and Miss Lauren are currently completing their student teaching assignments in Mrs. Diane and Mrs. Beth’s rooms. Feel free to stop by and say hello.
SHOES…We know girly girls love to wear cute shoes to school, however, they are really not practical for the playground. We have had many blisters, falls, scrapes, etc. from boots and dressy shoes. As the weather gets warmer, we will be having many more outdoor activities so please consider sending your child in tennis shoes.
