Blue Ribbon School – WE ARE WILDCATS

What We Are Learning
We have learned the letters l, 0, g, H, t, and P. Please ask your child about what he/she is learning each day. We have really enjoyed learning and reading about farms.

Upcoming
Next week, we will learn all about the letter A. If you did not send your assigned color of apple to school today, please try to send those on Monday. We would love for the students to be able to taste different types of apples and taste some different foods made from apples. We will also do some cooking. If any of you would like to make your favorite apple dessert to share with the class that would be greatly appreciated. Please just let us know in advance. We will also continue blending words next week. Please practice these: log, hog, lot, hot, got, tot, pot, hop, pop, top, lag, hag, hat, pat, tap, at.

Fall break-October 3-7
Book fair-October 10-13
Parent-teacher conferences and report cards-October 13

Thank you, Thank you
Thank you to everyone who came to give blood on the 14th and to all the parents and grandparents who helped us on the farm field trip. We truly appreciate your support.
